Our Approach

SCS was formed with the express purpose of cutting through the red tape and challenging the rigid formality and functional relationships previously prevalent within the certification sector, with obvious due regarding to impartiality, objectivity, and professionalism. We do this by creating critical partnering relationships and engaging with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, and of those of their stakeholders, so we can help focus audit objectives and activities. We evaluate defined requirements through an effective process audit approach using competent professionals and add value through identifying improvements which focus on matters of significance.

At System Certification Services we take ownership of client enquiries and queries and ensure one point of contact to address in a timely manner. We are acutely aware of the time sensitivity of client interactions and hence our planning process provides both visibility and efficient communication of scheduled activities. Therefore, any constraints or risks are addressed early, and we can be flexible in adjusting our resources to meet client needs.
Our price point is competitive, and we act in a transparent manner, with a price fixed for the duration of each cycle. All costs such as mileage or travel expenses are included within the Audit Fee and there are no hidden costs. We do not charge registration, management or annual fees and do not apply any restrictive Terms and Conditions.

Auditors are allocated to certification activities based on their technical knowledge of the client’s business sector and they provide detailed reports of positive and negative findings in order to provide a reference for the client personnel as to the samples observed, as well as indicating the relative strengths and weaknesses of the management system.

Through this approach we achieve a high level of customer retention and because of the continuing commitment and focus of our people, we aim to and are confident of, our ability to consistently achieve customer satisfaction.

Competency is the key success factor within SCS.

A competence articulates the expected outcome or performance standard that is achieved as a result of applying a combination of knowledge, personal attitude, skills and experience in a certain function or characteristic. It can be understood to represent the language of performance in System Certification Services Ltd., articulating both the expected outcomes of an individual’s efforts and the manner in which these activities are completed.
