Jim performs the role of Certification Secretary in which he provides governance and assures impartiality by overseeing certification activities. Jim has an Msc in Quality Management from Cranfield University and is an Honorary Fellow of Chartered Quality Institute. He started his career in Quality in 1963 in the Electrical and Mechanical Sector of Heavy Industry and has worked all over the world, holding Quality Director roles prior to becoming the Managing Director of NQA, then Director General and latterly Chairman of NICEIC, then Chief Executive at IMS International before taking up the role of Certification Secretary at ‘SCS’.
