David is a Certification Manager and Lead Auditor, and he performs both Technical Governance and Client engagement roles, helping to assure the process of service delivery and deliver certification activities for our clients. David has a Bachelor of Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering and has been a Member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland, as well as continually updating his occupational and vocational qualifications and training to keep abreast of industry developments. Over the last 30 years David has worked in Design, Materials Testing, Surveying, Contracts, Contract Management and in Systems Management Roles, across several sectoral disciplines, before making the move into certification working with several Certification Bodies as an Associate before joining SCS.
