As part of a strategic initiative to enhance our service delivery and provide an innovative product offering for our current and future customers, SCS has recently launched a digital transformation project in conjunction with our Academic Partners, Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), which is supported and facilitated by InterTradeIreland.
Working with Megan Carr, our recently recruited Project Manager, our academic partner will help facilitate technology transfer, enabling increased efficiency as well as innovation for the benefit of SCS, its stakeholders and customers.
The core objective of the project is to develop a new digital interface that will enable SCS clients to manage documents, actions and transactions associated with certification, along with the associated workflows, in a structured environment.
We are delighted to be working with our esteemed colleagues on this exciting project and look forward to the improved outcomes for our clients and growth that will be facilitated by the enhanced business analysis process and use of data visualisations etc.
